At Haken Investments, we not only purchase properties directly, but also have a certified set of buyers and builders we work with to cover the properties we do not take on ourselves.  In both instances, you will only be dealing with Haken Investments for the transaction.   We strive to keep all our transactions as stress free as possible for the buyer.  During the process of evaluating the current value of the property, the main items we consider are the overall condition of the interior and exterior of the home, estimated repair costs, as well as historical and active sales in the neighborhood.
